Goals
Here’s a place to write down my explicit goals. Pages where I provide gameplans and updates will be contained on blog pages which I think I’ll somehow link to these pages. I’m still not sure how to provide summaries on a page of entry links. I’ll figure that out as I go.
Physical Fitness
- Through diet and exercise, bring weight down to 175 by March 31, 2009 (that’s about a half a pound a day)
- Through weight/resistance training, keep body fat percentage level while increasing total weight to 190 pounds
