Hi. My name is Tom Hudson and this is my blog.

Several folks have told me that if I published a blog, they’d read it. It’s time to test those assertions.

This blog is really just about me and my opinions (which are worth about what you’re paying for them). What am I about?

I am:

  • an IT Business Analyst working for FedEx Office: I write business rules and requirements for technology solutions that achieve the the goal of Optimised Distribution of Automated Print Manufacturing.
  • an out-of-practice outdoorsman
  • a SoCal native whose been a Dallas, Texas, resident since January 2005, feeling a bit lost and out of place, but enjoying the adventure nonetheless
  • a developing photographer
  • passionate about trends in graphic/multimedia design (not that you can tell from this site… yet)
  • a student of architecture, art, cinema, photography, and literature
  • deeply opinionated but almost violently independent in my political philosophies
  • a single divorcee who feels hopelessly lost in today’s dating world
  • thoughtful and articulate

This blog may eventually break into separate blogs about specific topics. For now, expect to see reviews of films and books, my personal experiences, and ranting about current events and technology trends. And… expect it to evolve.
